Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and the Return of Raul Menendez
Ten years later, the terrorist is still alive

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is almost here, and Activision, along with developers Treyarch and Raven Software, are revealing the first details about the campaign mode's plot today: brace yourselves, because we're about to witness the return of a major enemy.
We're talking about Raul Menendez, the Nicaraguan terrorist whom players of Call of Duty: Black Ops II already got to know and fear in the chapter set in 2025. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is set in 2035, 10 years after the events of its famous predecessor, and will open with Menendez's return, intent on "burning the world in 3 days".

The player will take on the role of David "Section" Mason [voiced in Italian by Claudio Ventimiglia], commander of the elite Spectre One team from the JSOC agency, and it goes without saying that he will be humanity's last hope against the threat of Menendez. Also with him are Mike Harper, Eric Samuels, and Leilani "50/50" Tupuola, as well as the supervision of Colonel Troy Marshall.
The Campaign mode of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will be playable in single-player and, for the first time, in cooperative multiplayer; furthermore, completing the 11 missions that comprise it will grant access to an end-game mode for 32 Players set in the city of Avalon.
The narrative of the Dark Aether Zombies mode also continues where it left off in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
