C.L.A.Y. - Nicolas Cage in Simon Afram's Crime Thriller
The film is an opportunity for Agnez Mo to consolidate her international career

Nicolas Cage will star in C.L.A.Y., a crime thriller directed by Simon Afram focusing on a group of hackers destined to become targets of the secret services. The cast includes Michael Sheen, Jordi Mollà, Emilio Sakraya, and Adrian Topol. The latest news concerns the addition of Agnez Mo, an Indonesian singer and actress seen in the fourth season of Reacher, as reported by Deadline.
The story revolves around a young computer genius, unable to find a place in society. His encounter with C.L.A.Y., an acronym for Clowns Laughing At You and a clandestine hacker community, finally offers him a sense of belonging. However, the group's activities end up crossing digital boundaries, attracting the attention of secret services and criminal organizations.
A Clandestine Community Out of Control

The premise recalls Fight Club and Mr. Robot for its portrayal of marginalized individuals seeking their own identity through radical movements and illegal activities. For now, these remain thematic analogies, without direct ties to the two works.
The film represents a new opportunity for Agnez Mo to consolidate her international career. The artist has also expressed interest in the role of Psylocke in the upcoming X-Men film, although there are currently no confirmations of her involvement in the Marvel project. Filming for C.L.A.Y. is expected to begin in London next month. The production has not yet announced a release date.
