Bye Sweet Carole Receives Six NAVGTR Awards Nominations
Once again, Expedition 33 takes the lion's share

The National Academy of Video Game Trade Reviewers (NAVGTR) is a US organization that promotes and celebrates the work of video game developers, awarding prizes annually, known as the NAVGTR Awards. These awards were established in 2001; those for the year 2025 will be presented on March 11, and the nominations have just been announced.
The Main NAVGTR Awards Nominees
As one might expect, the most awarded video game in history is also the one that received the most nominations: Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, which will contend for an award in no less than 19 categories. Also notable is the exploit of Ghost of Tsushima: Sucker Punch's work garnered 16 nominations. Reaching double digits are also Death Stranding 2: On the Beach (11 nominations) and The Alters (10).

Bye Sweet Carole's Record
You can find the complete list of nominations on the official website. Among the NAVGTR Awards nominations, there's also room for a bit of… national pride: Bye Sweet Carole, the horror adventure created by the Italian studio Little Sewing Machine and signed by game designer Chris Darril, has been nominated in six categories. This is a record for an Italian game at the NAVGTR Awards and a great satisfaction for a title that also received a mention at the Annie Awards.
