A playful jab at rival Call of Duty
The new Battlefield 6 trailer features stars like actor Zac Efron, NBA player Jimmy Butler, singer-songwriter Morgan Wallen, and martial artist Paddy Pimblett who… are pulverized after a few seconds, making way for the real soldiers! This is a clear reference to the advertising campaigns of Battlefield's historical competitor, Call of Duty, which this trailer clearly mocks.
In the rest of the trailer, the real soldiers unleash nothing short of explosive action. We remind you that Battlefield 6 is set for October 10, 2025: you will find Electronic Arts' war shooter on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
