Baki Hanma: Blood Arena - Launch Trailer

U.S. software house Purple Play has shared the launch trailer for Baki Hanma: Blood Arena, a 2D fighting game based on the famous Baki the Grappler franchise, created by manga artist Keisuke Itagaki. This video game will be available starting tomorrow, September 11, on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Blood Arena's combat features a unique perspective, from behind Baki.

The gameplay formula is clearly inspired by the classic Super Punch Out: a distinctly arcade gameplay, with special moves, which, as the name suggests, does not skimp on bloodshed. In Baki Hanma: Blood Arena, protagonist Baki will face 12 opponents, each characterized by a unique fighting style. The matches will take place across 5 different scenarios.
