Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Delayed, But Only by Three Weeks
The 2D fighting game will still be released in July, and there's a closed beta test
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is a hand-drawn 2D fighting game based on the American animated franchise of the same name. This title will allow fans of the saga to engage in story and arcade modes with a roster of 12 characters (set to expand), in addition to challenging each other in multiplayer, of course. The game will be released on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, PC (Steam, Xbox PC) next month, but we'll have to wait a little longer before seeing it.
When is Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Coming Out?
Initially scheduled for July 2nd, Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game has been pushed back by three weeks to allow more time for final touches: the release date is now set for July 23, 2026. From July 2nd to 5th, a closed beta test will take place, reserved for those who pre-ordered the game on PlayStation, Xbox, or PC.
