007 First Light Expands with Free Extended Operations DLC
There's still work to be done for young Bond
Danish software house IO Interactive announces the release of Extended Operations, the free DLC for 007 First Light, which launches today, October 1st, with patch 1.30. In addition to new content, today's update brings over 700 fixes and improvements to the game: a bit of everything has been fixed, from crashes to bugs that could potentially compromise game progression, from localizations to the interface.
Extended Operations Content
Extended Operations addresses several recurring user requests, starting with New Game+: not only has this mode been introduced, but the new game can be tackled with the costume and gadgets of your choice. Other additions include Photo Mode and, most notably, the 00 difficulty level, an even more challenging test where the player must prove they've earned their double-zero status.
With the new DLC, the scope of Tacsim is also expanded with two new activities: in Valhalla Protocol, players will get behind the wheel of the special Aston Martin Valhalla on the roads of Slovakia, aiming for the best score. In Jungle Heist, on the other hand, players will return to the Pearl Hotel in Vietnam, where they will attempt to steal classified information from the safe.
