Come previsto, sono state diramate tutte le nominations legate alle diverse categorie che verrano premiate durante l'86° edizione degli Academy Awards, che si terrà il 2 marzo presso il Dolby Theatre dell'Hollywood & Highland Center.


Prima di lasciarvi alla lista delle nominations, qualche considerazione. I film con più candidature sono stati come previsto American Hustle, 12 Anni Schiavo e Gravity, rispettivamente con dieci nominations per il film di Russell e Cuaron e nove per quello di McQueen.


Per quanto riguarda registi e pellicole le grosse delusioni sono a carico dei Fratelli Coen con il loro A Proposito di Davis, per il disneyiano Saving Mr.Banks, I Segreti di Osage Country e per Rush. Sul fronte attori invee mancano le candidature a Tom Hanks, Daniel Bruhl, Emma Thompson e Robert Redford, tutti candidati e/o vincitori in altre premiazioni.


La Grande Bellezza di Paolo Sorrentino - fresco vincitore del Golden Globe - correrà nella categoria per il Miglior Film Straniero, mentre Pixar non avrà nominations nella categoria animazione, cosa che potrebbe aggravarsi con il prossimo anno dato che la casa d'animazione non ha in programma pellicole nel 2014.

Detto questo, fateci sapere cosa ne pensate delle nomination, e sappiate che seguiremo questo importante avvenimento cinematogrico con l'avvicinarsi della premiazione.
