Yurukill: The Calumniation Games, visual novel shmup available on Series X|S

IzanagiGames has announced the debut of its Yurukill: The Calumniation Games on Xbox Series X|S. The curious hybrid between a mystery visual novel and a vertical scrolling shooter, developed by IzanagiGames, G.rev, and Esquadra, and originally released on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and 5 in July 2022, is available for purchase on the Microsoft Store for $24.99.

A decidedly eccentric work, it hasn't garnered much success with either critics, with an average of 72 on Metacritic, or the public, with 78% positive reviews on Steam from just 50 reviews. Intrigued? Take a look at the launch trailer from that time.
