Vivarium: The Life Simulator That Looks Like an Anime
Video game, or classic Japanese animation?

If we had to choose the game with the most distinctive style among the many we've seen in recent days, Vivarium would be an excellent candidate. Presented by publisher Serenity Forge, this title is a hand-drawn life simulator that could easily pass for an '80s anime and tells the story of Jenny, a lively 11-year-old girl who lives in a terrarium.
When and Where Vivarium Will Be Released
Jenny's world has much more to tell than it might seem. The author of Vivarium is Studio Meadowflower, based in New York and primarily focused on animation. Vivarium's launch window is set for 2027: you'll be able to immerse yourself in the anime atmosphere on Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox PC), and from day one on the Game Pass service.
