Like every year, the magic of Christmas arrives in the most beloved Italian comic: Topolino prepares for the holidays with issue 3656, which truly promises to be a little gem in the vast production of the weekly Disney publication.
The comic arrives on newsstands with a beautiful cover featuring the absolute debut of Stitch, alongside the ever-beloved Donald Duck in an illustration signed by Marco Mazzarello. The issue opens with the "cine-comic" Siamo Serie! The Movie - Christmas in Pollywood, a spin-off of the Siamo Serie! saga.
"I have always tried to respect the cornerstones of the genre while moving in Disney territory. Tradition is enriched with new elements, while the characters prepare to shoot a Christmas movie in Pollywood, amidst jokes and misunderstandings," says Sergio Badino, the adventure's author. "With enthusiasm and respect, I drew a celebratory story, putting familiar sets and environments at the service of this solid framework. My style, or perhaps its novelty, will add value or make some noses wrinkle. I'm crossing my fingers and happy reading!" adds Corrado Mastantuono, the story's artist.
