SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance, DLC announced with Death Adder from Golden Axe
Another icon from the past returns to Sega's side-scrolling action game
After Dr. Eggman, Lizardcube and Sega have announced the second guest boss for their SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance. Making his debut in the latest chapter of the historic side-scrolling action-platformer will be Death Adder from Golden Axe. Along with the main antagonist of the Sonic saga, he will be part of the "Sega Villains Stage" DLC, included in the Deluxe Edition and expected in the first months of 2026.

The content includes three additional historical bosses; so only one is missing. SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance is available on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S.
