SAPPHIRE has announced the NITRO+ AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT OC Valor Mortis Edition, a limited edition GPU developed in collaboration with AMD and One More Level, the studio behind Ghostrunner. The project combines AMD's RDNA 4 architecture with aesthetics inspired by Valor Mortis, a first-person action game with Soulslike elements set in a supernatural version of 19th-century Europe.

RDNA 4 Architecture and Cooling System

The customization includes a dedicated magnetic backplate, themed fans, and an ARGB light bar. The card also integrates SAPPHIRE's Tri-X cooling system, with optimized heatpipes and AeroCurve fans.

Underneath the custom livery is a Radeon RX 9070 XT with a factory overclock. The GPU features 4,096 stream processors, 16 GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus, and frequencies up to 3,060 MHz in boost, with game clock up to 2,520 MHz.

AMD FSR 4, HYPR-RX, and ray tracing technologies are supported. The dissipation system also uses Honeywell PTM7950 thermal material, while the 16-phase digital power delivery circuit completes the package.

Each package includes a code to redeem the game via AMD Rewards. The SAPPHIRE NITRO+ AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT OC Valor Mortis Edition will arrive at selected retailers and e-commerce sites in October 2026. The price has not yet been announced.
