Moonlighter 2 Releases Today: The Introduction Trailer
The merchant's adventures return, this time in 3D
Publisher 11 Bit Studios and developer Digital Sun announce the release of Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault: the game is available starting today, November 19, on PC via Steam and PC Game Pass, in an early access version (or game preview, if you prefer the term used on Xbox). Moonlighter 2 is an action/RPG with roguelike and dungeon crawler mechanics, following the story of Will, an adventurous merchant in search of treasures to sell in his shop.
The main novelty compared to the first chapter of the series is undoubtedly the transition to the third dimension, a significant change that, however, has not affected the style. This sequel expands the gameplay of its predecessor in every direction, although the very first build suffers a bit in terms of stability: we tell you about it in detail in our Moonlighter 2 preview.
