Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, Nintendo Switch 2 Version Delayed to 2026
At least it will also be released in a physical edition and will boast an exclusive game mode
Dragami Games has announced the delay of the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition for its Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP. The remaster of the cult third-person action game was supposed to be released on the new hybrid console in November, but it now appears to have been pushed back to early 2026.
The reason seems to be related to the possibility of also producing a physical edition of this version of the title, and the additional months will allow the Japanese team to publish it alongside the digital one. In addition, Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP will feature the exclusive "Gun Shooting" mode on Switch 2, which transforms the game into a shooter with rail shooter elements, with support for the mouse controls of the Joy-Con 2.
Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is available on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S.
