LOL: Last One Laughing 6, here are the contestants for the new season

Prime Video has unveiled the official cast for LOL: Last One Laughing 6, the new season of the popular comedy show produced by Endemol Shine Italy for Amazon MGM Studios. A Halloween special is also planned for autumn 2026.

The sixth edition of LOL: Last One Laughing brings together ten new protagonists from various entertainment backgrounds:

• Carlo Amleto;
• Valentina Barbieri;
• Giovanni Esposito;
• Barbara Foria;
• Sergio Friscia;
• Francesco Mandelli;
• Paola Minaccioni;
• Scintilla;
• UfoZero2;
• Yoko Yamada.

As per tradition, contestants must maintain a straight face for the entire duration of the competition, approximately six hours, while attempting to make others laugh with sketches, improvisations, and unconventional ideas.

The comedian who manages to last the longest will win a prize of 100,000 euros, entirely donated to a charity of their choice.

The hosts of LOL: Last One Laughing 6

Guiding the new season of LOL: Last One Laughing from the famous control room will be Alessandro Siani and Angelo Pintus, ready to observe every facial expression of the contestants.

Alongside them, we find Federico Basso and Andrea Pisani, who will not only comment on the competition: the two can also intervene with sketches and ideas designed to further challenge the participants.

When LOL: Last One Laughing 6 will be released

The sixth season of LOL: Last One Laughing will arrive in 2026 exclusively on Prime Video, available for streaming in over 240 countries and territories.

The new chapter of the comedy show will consist of six episodes, ready to deliver new challenges, laughs, and plot twists to fans of the Amazon format.
