LG Sound Suite Arrives in Italy with Dolby Atmos FlexConnect

LG Electronics has announced the availability in Italy of LG Sound Suite, a modular audio system designed for home cinema that leverages Dolby Atmos FlexConnect to automatically adapt sound to speaker placement, without requiring a predetermined setup.

The range centers around the H7 soundbar, equipped with the α11 Gen3 processor with a neural engine, capable of separating dialogue, music, and sound effects. The soundbar integrates 20 transducers, including four woofers and eight passive radiators, to offer a complete Dolby Atmos experience even as a single unit.

Completing the system are the M7 wireless speakers (2.1.1 channels) and M5 (1.1.1 channels), usable as both surround speakers and Bluetooth speakers, in addition to the W7 subwoofer with an 8-inch driver and response down to 25 Hz. All components utilize Peerless speakers.

System Expandable up to 13.1.7 Channels

LG Sound Suite can be progressively expanded up to a 13.1.7 channel configuration, with approximately 50 combinations available. Among those offered are Cinema Suite 7, with the H7 soundbar and W7 subwoofer, Immersive Suite 7 Pro, which adds 2x M7 speakers, and Immersive Quad Suite 7, which uses all components in the range.

LG televisions compatible with Dolby Atmos FlexConnect, including the OLED evo AI G6, C6, G5, and C5, also allow direct connection of wireless speakers even without the H7 soundbar.

Automatic Calibration and App Management

Configuration is done via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and is managed by the LG ThinQ app. The system also integrates Sound Follow, which adapts the listening point to the user's position, Room Calibration Pro, which optimizes the acoustic performance of the environment, and AI Sound Pro+, capable of transforming stereo audio into multi-channel surround sound thanks to artificial intelligence.
