Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era - release date

The Heroes of Might and Magic franchise was born way back in 1995, as a strategy spinoff of the Might & Magic series, but it hasn't been on screens for quite some time: the last installment was in 2015. After more than a decade, this franchise will return with a prequel, allowing players to choose one of six factions to conquer a fantasy world. It features the typical ingredients of the saga: turn-based tactical battles, heroes to recruit, and in-depth RPG mechanics.

When is Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era coming out?

This prequel is called Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, it was announced a couple of years ago and now we can finally tell you when it will arrive. Publisher Hooded Horse and developer Unfrozen announce that the release date is set for April 30, 2026. You will find Olden Era on PC, via Steam and Xbox PC, in early access. The game will be available from day one on the Game Pass service.
