FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE, the second chapter of Project Zero returns to Switch 2

Surprisingly, FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE was revealed during today's Nintendo Direct. Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo are bringing the second chapter of the survival horror saga, based on ghosts and cameras, better known to us as Project Zero, to next-gen platforms. A remake of this title was already released in 2012 for Wii. The original, however, came out in the early 2000s on PS2 and Xbox.

FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE will debut on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S in early 2026. Here's the announcement trailer.
