Battlefield 6, here's the official launch trailer

Electronic Arts Inc. and Battlefield Studios have launched Battlefield 6, the ultimate all-out warfare experience. Battlefield 6 takes conflict to an unprecedented level, with brand-new multiplayer modes, a thrilling single-player Campaign, the return of Portal with powerful creation tools, and a host of improvements that have brought to life an extraordinary sandbox where every clash, vehicle, and strategy can lead to victory. Battlefield 6 is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam, EA app, Epic Games Store).

The year is 2027, and the world is on the brink of chaos. The once unshakeable NATO alliance is crumbling, its foundations cracked by distrust and uncertainty. Financial instability, proxy wars, and political disputes have left some countries adrift in a sea of geopolitical turmoil. Amidst this chaos, a formidable force emerges: Pax Armata. A gigantic private military company unafraid to push boundaries, with vast financial resources and cutting-edge technology, seizing the opportunity to fill the power vacuum.

Multiplayer is more diverse than ever, packed with an incredible amount of modes and content. Players will battle it out on richly detailed maps with destructible obstacles: among the majestic mountains of Tajikistan in Liberation Peak, in an intense face-off under the Manhattan Bridge, and in the dangerous construction sites on the outskirts of Cairo in New Sobek City. Plus six other maps that will bring just as much mass destruction on a global scale.

Fan-favorite multiplayer modes will be found in Battlefield 6: the classic All-out warfare, Conquest, Breakthrough, and Rush modes return, as players fight in a chaotic and destructive sandbox using every weapon, vehicle, and even the environment to their advantage. Added to these modes is Escalation, a completely new way to experience this genre-defining gameplay. In addition to All-out warfare, Battlefield 6 includes a selection of modes inspired by classic shooters, infused with Battlefield's DNA, bringing our signature destruction and new levels of tactical play to Team Deathmatch, Squad Deathmatch, Domination, and Hill Domination.

The single-player Campaign unfolds across nine breathtaking missions, as players take on the role of Dagger 13, an elite team of US Marine Raiders who bring the conflict to Pax Armata. With adrenaline-fueled scenes set around the world, from Brooklyn to Cairo, this is the classic single-player Campaign the community will love, with stunning moments and explosive action on an unprecedented scale.

Battlefield 6 also debuts with a completely new and improved version of Portal, where players can chart new boundaries for battle by adding their personal touch to Battlefield, or even create experiences that expand the series' limits. These tools give players the power to customize their Battlefield experience to a variety of preferences, or even create unexpected experiences that push Battlefield beyond its limits.

Battlefield 6's first season of content will be available from October 28. Each season features distinct phases; Season 1 will kick off with Rogue Operations, which includes a new map called Blackwell Fields and a new 4v4 mode. Seasonal content will be released regularly, with the next two phases of Season 1 arriving later in the year, including California Resistance from November 18, which includes a map set in Southern California called Eastwood, and Winter Offensive from December 9, which includes a seasonal update to the Empire State map. All gameplay-affecting features will be free or obtainable as part of our commitment to fair play and access for all players.

Battlefield 6 is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam, EA app, Epic Games Store). Battlefield 6 is available in Standard Edition (€69.99) and also in Phantom Edition (€99.99). The Phantom Edition includes the Battlefield 6 base game, the exclusive "Phantom Squad" soldier skin pack, and two high-performance weapon packs, a vehicle skin, and a combat knife skin. The Phantom Edition also includes a token for Battlefield Pro, a Season 1 pack that includes Battle Pass, 25 level skips, exclusive cosmetics, XP tokens, and much more.
