81-year-old Grandma Pays for Grandson's Cancer Treatment with YouTube
The moving story of Sue Jacquot

Sue Jacquot, 81, is a lovely lady who learned to play Minecraft thanks to her grandchildren. One of these grandchildren, Jack, was diagnosed with cancer in 2024, and to help him, last October Sue decided to open a YouTube channel where she would publish videos dedicated to Minecraft: all proceeds are donated to cover the costs of medical treatment. Well, Sue's initiative has achieved a success as great as it was unexpected.
The Success of the Grandma Content Creator
The first video published by Sue currently boasts an impressive 668,000 views, and her channel has reached 232,000 subscribers. As reported by Local12, donations poured in from YouTube, reaching up to $5,000, and a GoFundMe campaign raised another $35,000. But the best news is yet to come: Jack recently announced that he has won his battle with cancer. If you also want to follow Sue, you can find her on her channel GrammaCrackers.
