After announcing at CES 2026 its intention to expand its portfolio with a line of entry-level products, designed to be accessible to a wider audience without, of course, sacrificing the brand's standards of excellence, Alienware and Dell have moved from words to action. After launching the Alienware 27 240Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor last month, the company's most accessible QD-OLED, the new Alienware 15 arrives today.

Alienware 15: gaming performance, Alienware quality

Alienware 15 is the answer to the question: how to bring the Alienware brand into more gamers' homes? The new entry-level Alienware laptop, in the words of product manager Matt McGovan, was created without lowering the brand's standards, but by using certain clever solutions to reduce production costs. And without sacrificing aesthetics: a compact design, fluid lines, no sharp edges, and new materials designed for durability. The thickness does not exceed 2.3 cm, while the weight is 2.25 kg.

Returning to the clever solutions Matt McGowan referred to, the first and most important concerns the replacement of the thermal shell and the optimization of the cooling systems which, in the case of configurations with RTX 5050 or 5060, include a Cryo-Chamber to ensure greater fresh air flow. Because, after all, Alienware 15 is still designed for high-level gaming, with the most demanding titles currently available and for long sessions. But that's not all. Alienware 15 is a versatile enough device to be perfectly suited for everyday use, with a large and soft trackpad, a numeric keypad, a 180° foldable screen, a backlit keyboard, and the ability to switch to stealth mode with the press of a single button. And still with "everyday use" in mind, the USB-C port on the side can also be used to charge the device in emergency situations when the power adapter is not at hand.
