Trick or Treat Studios Honors Gothic Sleepy Hollow
The centerpiece is an injection-molded mask depicting the Headless Horseman's skull
Trick or Treat Studios returns to explore the gothic imagery of Sleepy Hollow with a new line of masks, accessories, and decorations inspired by the cult film directed by Tim Burton. The new products pay homage to the dark and fairytale atmosphere of the 1999 classic, winner of the Oscar for Best Art Direction.
The centerpiece of the collection is a deluxe injection-molded mask depicting the Headless Horseman's skull, designed to perfectly complete the costume of the famous antagonist. The mask is equipped with an articulated mouth, a detail that adds realism and movement, also ideal for those who want to have fun reinterpreting the unsettling character brought to the screen by Christopher Walken.
Ready for Halloween 2026
The line also includes a light-up pumpkin made of durable plastic, enriched with hand-carved details, the Horseman's sword, a pair of axes, and a pumpkin-shaped candy bucket, produced from blow-molded plastic in perfect retro style. All items are expected to be released in time for Halloween 2026, offering fans ample time to prepare for the spookiest night of the year.
Based on Washington Irving's timeless tale, Sleepy Hollow follows Ichabod Crane's investigation into a series of decapitations linked to a legendary apparition. The myth of the Headless Horseman also continues today in comic books, with the recent sequel Return to Sleepy Hollow published by IDW Dark.
