Pluribus, plot and cast
Set in a post-apocalyptic future, Pluribus follows the story of Carol Sturka (played by Rhea Seehorn), a novelist who suddenly finds herself at the center of an unexplained phenomenon. A mysterious radio signal from space contains an RNA sequence capable of transforming the entire world population into a collective mind: a seemingly happy humanity, but deprived of its individuality.
Carol discovers she is one of twelve people immune to the contagion and, as the planet descends into chaos, she must decide whether to resist the new order or surrender to assimilation.
The cast includes:
- Rhea Seehorn as Carol Sturka, the protagonist;
- Karolina Wydra as Zosia, a member of the collective mind who forms a bond with Carol;
