MSI Renews Gaming Laptops: More Power and Revised Design
The Raider and Crosshair 16" series lead the offering, featuring Intel Core Ultra and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 GPUs
MSI is making significant updates to its range of gaming notebooks, introducing a new generation of models that focuses primarily on heat management and power distribution.
At the heart of the offering are the Raider and Crosshair 16" series, both equipped with the latest Intel Core Ultra processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 GPUs. The Raiders represent the higher-end, with configurations reaching up to 300W combined between CPU and GPU, while the Crosshair models cap at 200W but in a thinner, more portable form factor.
More Choice Between Pure Power and Portability
The differences between the lines are also evident in their design. The Raiders adopt advanced cooling solutions with triple fans and a rear port layout, designed for intensive and prolonged use. The Crosshair models, on the other hand, reduce thickness and improve portability, while still maintaining configurations that reach a total of 200W.
There's also an update for the 18" models, which continue to represent the most comprehensive offering for those seeking large screens and uncompromising performance, while the Cyborg series remains the entry point, with more accessible solutions that are nonetheless improved in terms of thermal performance and connectivity.
Prices and availability have not yet been announced, but the new lineup marks a decisive step towards notebooks that are increasingly closer to desktop performance.
