Razer is refreshing its webcam line with the Kiyo V2 and Kiyo V2 X, which aim for improved image quality. Designed for streamers, videomakers, and communication professionals, they focus on image sharpness, artificial intelligence, and ease of use.

The Razer Kiyo V2 offers 4K/30fps recording via Sony's Starvis sensor, "capable of maintaining detail and color fidelity even in low-light conditions." Integrated with Reincubate's Camo Studio app, it introduces AI functions such as auto-framing, automatic lighting correction, and background segmentation, to improve overall rendering and professional appearance without manual intervention.

Improved light and color management

Through Razer Synapse, advanced parameters such as ISO, shutter, and white balance can be adjusted, or users can rely on the automatic "One-Click Enhancement" mode for instant optimizations. AI effects like blur, spotlight, and background replacement offer further creative freedom, while HDR allows for more faithful images in terms of colors and lights.

Alongside the main model, the Kiyo V2 X focuses on practicality: 1440p at 60FPS video, fast autofocus, integrated microphone, and a plug-and-play design with a privacy shutter. It's the solution for taking a good first step into the world of streaming with superior quality but without complications.

Prices and availability: Razer Kiyo V2 €169.99, Razer Kiyo V2 X €109.99. Available on Razer.com, RazerStore, and selected global retailers.
