Hunter: The Reckoning - Deathwish Explained by Its Author

Creative director summarizes the game's distinctive features

Publisher Nacon and developer Teyon have shared a new trailer for Hunter: The Reckoning - Deathwish, an action/RPG set in the World of Darkness universe. Introduced in March, this title will transport us to present-day New York, in the shoes of a monster hunter: the controlled character will be a simple human, who will have to contend with extremely stronger supernatural creatures, so planning will be an essential prerequisite.


Game Features

Piotr Latocha, the creative director of the work, introduces us to Hunter: The Reckoning - Deathwish starting with the character editor: the virtual avatar can be modified down to the smallest details and given various attributes and abilities. In addition to fighting monsters, players will explore various locations in search of clues and interact with NPCs to obtain more information, by fair means… or foul.

Teyon fully intends to offer the public a true RPG experience concerning choices and consequences. Players will be able to decide which approach to adopt: being stealthy, trying to resort to brute force, or persuading NPCs will all be viable paths. For example, you can blast your way through with bullets, but this decision will have its weight; in fact, every decision will have its weight and lead to different outcomes.
