Forever Ago: Melancholy Narrative Adventure Out Today
Annapurna Interactive takes us on a journey through memories
Publisher Annapurna Interactive and developer Third Shift announce the release of Forever Ago, available starting today, October 8, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox PC), as well as day one on the subscription service Game Pass. Forever Ago is a narrative adventure that tells us about Alfred's minivan journey.
Alfred is a sad, elderly man, a different protagonist from those we usually find in video games. The game retraces the most significant stages of his relationship with his beloved Audrey: in our opinion, it is a journey that perhaps doesn't dare enough but is worth following, with a mature and profound narrative, capable of tackling complex themes with simplicity. We explain it thoroughly in our Forever Ago review.
