Forestrike: The Beat 'Em Up Where You Win Before You Start
Know your enemy as you know yourself
Publisher Devolver Digital and developer Skeleton Crew Studios have shared a trailer summarizing Forestrike, a pixel art fighting game with roguelike elements. The premise behind Forestrike is that of a fighter who adopts the Foresight technique, a predictive ability that allows them to visualize a battle in their mind before it actually happens.
In other words, the player will be able to try and retry Forestrike's levels as many times as they want before actually facing them. During the "real" attempt, enemies will behave exactly as they did during the trials, but caution will be needed, because if you die in the "real" fight, you have to start over. The combat system is inspired by gongfu films, and you'll have a repertoire of moves that can be expanded by meeting masters during your journey.
Where and When Forestrike is Released
