Deus Ex returns!
During yesterday evening's State of Play event, Sony gave a couple of minutes to Aspyr Media to announce the upcoming release of Deus Ex Remastered, a cleaned-up and adapted version of Ion Storm's original masterpiece, which debuted in the year 2000.

Set in 2052, Deus Ex puts us in the shoes of JC Denton, a nanopowered agent of the UNATCO agency who must initially carry out a protection mission. However, from this first mission, a plot of intrigues and conspiracies will unfold, bringing to light the rot of this dystopian Cyberpunk world, and JC Denton's decisions will define its destiny.

The new version of the game will naturally offer improved graphics, with refined models, new textures and animations, dynamic lighting effects, and water physics. In addition to this, many other innovations to the gameplay experience are planned, starting with controller management, radial menu weapon selection, autosaves, faster loading times, objective tracking, and even cloud saving.

Besides PS5, Deus Ex Remastered will also arrive on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and even Xbox One. The date? February 5, 2026.
