Corsairs – Battle of the Caribbean: Release Date and Trailer
With a slight delay, Microids' pirates prepare to set sail
Publisher Microids and developer Fishing Cactus have shared a new gameplay trailer for Corsairs – Battle of the Caribbean, announcing its release date. This naval strategy title, set in the world of buccaneers, revives the 1999 classic Corsairs: Conquest at Sea, also developed by Microids. The game will offer a campaign with five factions to join: players will need to assemble a fleet, choosing from 17 types of ships, 3 soldier classes, and 3 types of ammunition to employ.
Where and When Corsairs Will Be Released
Microids' pirate video game was initially expected for 2024, but required a bit more time to be completed. You'll be able to command your pirate fleet in spring: Corsairs – Battle of the Caribbean will be released on May 18, 2026, on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG). Console versions are expected to follow later.
