These impressions come from Steam, where ARC Raiders is currently listed as the best-selling game overall, and from SteamDB, according to which yesterday on Valve's platform, a peak of over 350,000 concurrent players was reached, an indication of great success (keep in mind that the title is also available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S). However, there is a downside to consider.
ARC Raiders' Problems
The massive influx of players has unfortunately caused an overload of ARC Raiders' servers. As reported by PC Gamer, many users have complained about error messages and queues for game access. Via the official Discord server, Embark announced that they have implemented queues as a temporary measure to resolve issues related to party formation and voice chat usage. The team is working to resolve these problems as quickly as possible.
