Acquire Corp., the Japanese software house that helped define the stealth genre with the Tenchu series, has announced its new work, created in collaboration with publisher Shueisha Games. The new title is called Yakoh Shinobi Ops: once again, the setting is feudal Japan and once again players will be called upon to move in the shadows and perform ninjutsu arts, but there are some new features.

When Stealth Becomes Cooperative

With Yakoh Shinobi Ops, Acquire has adopted a change in perspective: instead of the usual camera placed behind the character, they have opted for an isometric view. But the most important novelty is that the experience is designed for cooperative multiplayer: four players will have to collaborate to complete missions. To succeed in the endeavor, synchronizing your actions with those of your companions will be essential.
