Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter: The Gameplay Trailer
The return of the classic JRPG, in a new guise
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC will soon turn 20 years old: this JRPG debuted in Japan way back in March 2006. Developed by Nihom Falcon studio, it is the second chapter of the Trails in the Sky narrative arc, particularly appreciated by fans of the saga. The first chapter has already received a remake, which reached our screens in September; the second will also receive the same treatment.
Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter was announced last December: in addition to a revamped technical sector, this remake will offer novelties such as an expanded combat system and additional side activities, including fishing and poker minigames. Publisher GungHo has shared a new gameplay trailer, completely focused on battles. 2nd Chapter will be released in the autumn of 2026 and you can play it on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, PC via Steam.
