Apple TV has finally revealed the debut date and news for the second season of The Last Thing He Told Me, an emotional thriller starring Jennifer Garner, which will return to screens on February 20, 2026. Following the global success of the first season, the series picks up five years after the mysterious disappearance of Owen (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), with Hannah (Garner) and her stepdaughter Bailey (Angourie Rice) ready to face a new and dangerous chapter of their past.

Based on the sequel to Laura Dave's best-selling novel, which topped the New York Times chart and was selected by Reese's Book Club, this new season promises tension, secrets, and revelations across 8 episodes that will delve deeper into the reconstruction of a broken family. Alongside the original cast, David Morse also returns, while Judy Greer and Rita Wilson join, along with a host of new faces such as John Noble and Luke Kirby.
