Summer Game Fest Returns in June: Date, Time, and First Games Revealed

The hottest weeks of the year, at least concerning the world of video games, are those leading up to summer: this period concentrates some of the main events dedicated to games. Among them, one cannot fail to mention the Summer Game Fest, an event organized by Canadian journalist Geoff Keighley, which in 2026 will reach its seventh edition.
When Summer Game Fest Will Be Broadcast
A trailer invites us to the next edition of Summer Game Fest, which will be broadcast live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and, of course, hosted by Keighley. The date of the event is Friday, June 5, 2026: the show will begin at 11:00 PM. The video celebrates some of this year's major titles, but also shows some future ones, which will most likely receive airtime during the show.
The Games of Summer Game Fest
Among these future titles, we recognize, for example, 007 First Light and Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, which, however, will be released in May, before the broadcast. The trailer also glimpses Blood Message, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, Atomic Heart 2, Tomb Raider: Catalyst, Control Resonant, The Blood of Dawnwalker, and more.
