Pokémon Unite is a MOBA set in the universe of the popular Pocket Monsters, developed by the Chinese software house TiMi Studio Group on behalf of The Pokémon Company. This free-to-play title was first released on the Nintendo Switch console in July 2021, and two months later on Android and iOS mobile devices (with cross-platform functionality between the various platforms). Its journey has now reached its end.

When Pokémon Unite closes

The official website announces the end of service, which has been set for March 23, 2027. From that day on, it will no longer be possible to access the game or participate in battles. As of today, October 27, microtransactions have been deactivated. Users can no longer purchase Heos gems or renew their Unite Club subscription; however, until March 23, they can spend any gems they already possess or use Unite Club benefits for the remaining subscription time.

The last Pokémon Unite update

On November 12, the last Pokémon Unite update will be released, which will include a special event prepared for the closure and Archive mode. The latter will allow users to view records and certain content obtained in the game and will be usable even after the end of service, provided that users have downloaded its data to their device by March 23, 2027.
