Kromlech: A Trailer Delves into the New Action/Adventure
A new dark fantasy title, in a world on the brink of collapse
The Czech studio Perun Creative has shared a trailer that provides a lengthy look at Kromlech, its action/adventure with RPG and roguelike elements, set in a dark fantasy world inspired by the Celtic people. This title follows the story of Cronach, a solitary adventurer whose world is nearing its end. The player will have to decide how to spend their last days and may eventually have the chance to stop the calamity.
Kromlech Gameplay
The trailer gives us many insights into Kromlech. Perun Creative intends to create a world comparable to that of Gothic, one that is not too large and empty, with a map characterized by a good sense of verticality. The video illustrates various aspects of the gameplay, including interactions and trade with NPCs, RPG and roguelike elements, as well as the combat system.
In a fantasy world based on melee weapons and sorcery, the combat system can only be oriented towards sword usage, and Kromlech's promises to be quite tactical, with typical mechanics such as hitting opponent's weak points or breaking defenses. Cronach's adventure unfolds over 30 in-game days: each of these days has a duration at the player's discretion.
When and Where Kromlech Will Be Released
The work of Perun Creative studio will be released in 2026. You will find Kromlech on PC, via Steam.
