Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX, Dual Collection Announced for PC and Consoles
Releasing in July, with a physical edition
Inti Creates has announced the Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX 1+2 Dual Collection. This collection includes the two side-scrolling action-platformers Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX, originally released in 2019 and 2022 respectively, complete with all DLC. Additionally, the gameplay has been rebalanced to make it more immediate and accessible, and a new "Endless Battle" mode is included for fighting infinite hordes of enemies, including bosses.
The title will debut on July 9th on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, and PlayStation 5. In Japan only, at least for now, Standard and Limited physical editions will also be available for consoles. The latter, which will range between 13,750 yen (about 75 euros) and 14,960 yen (about 80 euros) depending on the version, will include an A4 artbook and the soundtrack on 4 CDs.
