Gundam Rogue Orbit offers a gameplay overview
A deep dive into Bandai Namco's title, set for release next year
Bandai Namco has shared a new trailer for Gundam Rogue Orbit to review the main aspects of the title. It's an action game set in the iconic Mobile Suit universe, which will cast the player as Rex, a Gundam Helix pilot who, along with his companions, must confront the threat of the Apocalypse, while humanity's survival hangs by a thread.

Gundam Rogue Orbit's main campaign is structured in missions: after receiving the relevant details from a brief briefing, you will be sent to the battlefield, where the forces of the Apocalypse await Rex. These enemies must be defeated in fast-paced combat, characterized by great mobility in all directions. There will also be colossal bosses to defeat, each with a specific weak point to discover and exploit.
Should things go awry, the Gundam Helix can use Over-Rise, a mode that grants a drastic power increase for a short period, allowing it to unleash the devastating AP Unit Burst attack. But what would a Gundam be without customization options? Between battles, you can modify your machine as you wish, both in components and aesthetics.
We remind you that Gundam Rogue Orbit is scheduled for March 5, 2027. You will be able to save humanity from the calamity of the Apocalypse on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
