Ghost of Yotei offers players the action of deadly sword combat, driven by the protagonist's thirst for revenge. But what if you wanted to experience it in a more subdued way, enjoying the journey through the evocative landscapes of 17th-century Japan? Sucker Punch considered this possibility with Watanabe Mode, an exclusive audio mode created in collaboration with Shinichiro Watanabe, the famous anime author.

Director of cult works such as Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo, Watanabe directed the production of six lo-fi audio tracks, created specifically for Ghost of Yotei: by activating Watanabe Mode, these songs replace the game's music and accompany the player with their relaxing rhythms. Regardless of the sound accompaniment, Ghost of Yotei is a journey worth taking, as we explain in our review.
