Publisher Dojo Systems and developer Nakama Game Studio, both Spanish, present Coloratura: a narrative adventure that tells the story of Alex, a musician who lost her sight after an accident. The unique aspect of the title is that… the player won't need to use their sight either: the experience is entirely designed to be enjoyed solely through sound.

Sound as the Only Guide

Audio will thus become the player's sole guide, allowing them to determine their position while exploring three-dimensional environments and to overcome music-based puzzles. For the story, Nakama was inspired by Life is Strange: everyday life events, with great attention to the character's inner conflict and to sound. Coloratura conceives accessibility not as an added feature, but as the very foundation of the game.

When and Where Coloratura Will Be Released

Coloratura's launch window is set for 2026. You will find this acoustic experience on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. If you're curious, you can find a demo to try it out on Steam.
