Code Vein II Expands Today with Mask of Idris DLC

Bandai Namco announces the release of Mask of Idris: this Code Vein II DLC is available starting today, September 9, and can be accessed by purchasing the Deluxe or Ultimate editions of the game. Mask of Idris is intended as post-game content and tells a standalone story set in the Renegade World, a place formed due to the expansion of the Temporal Rifts. Here lies the Spindle of Pathos, a colossal force that endangers the existence of the world.

In Mask of Idris, the protagonist will be joined by two new companions: Liv Voda, the combative guardian of the temporal rift, and Lou MagMell, a girl already encountered in the main campaign, who is nevertheless very different. Among the DLC's new features are additional weapons, simulacra, and costume colors. Along with Mask of Idris, a free update has been released, which improves some of the game's functionalities.
