Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters Reviews Modes
Here's a football World Cup we can participate in
Bandai Namco has shared a new trailer for Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters, focusing on the game's main modes. The video opens by showing us the character editor: we'll be able to create our virtual counterpart, defining their appearance and abilities, to send them onto the field alongside Tsubasa (or Holly, if you prefer). The main mode will obviously be Story Mode, where we'll follow Japan's journey to conquer the World Youth Championship.
Like any self-respecting football game, multiplayer cannot be missing: with Versus Mode you can challenge your friends. If you prefer to practice or experiment with new tactics, Practice Mode is for you. The fun continues off the field with Extras: there are collectibles and a shop for purchases. To conclude, the trailer reviews some of the 22 national teams that will compete for success.
We remind you that Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters will be available from August 28, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. To delve deeper into the topic, don't miss our preview.
