The Game Breakers has announced the postponement of its game Cairn on all platforms. The French team's climbing-based survival adventure was originally scheduled to be released on November 5th on PC via Steam and PlayStation 5, but now it seems it will only see the light of day in the first quarter of 2026. According to its creators, the game is complete in terms of content, but still needs optimization, fixes, and general polish.
To make amends, starting October 13th, for a limited time, the game's demo will be updated with the ability to see the ghosts of other players climbing alongside us. Here's the announcement trailer.
