Ubisoft's title embraces third-person shooter mechanics
One of the biggest cinematic events of the year is undoubtedly Avatar - Fire and Ash, the third chapter of the franchise by James Cameron, which despite the anticipation risks proving to be a spectacular flop. Riding the wave of the film, From the Ashes, the new DLC for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, has just been released, presented by the developers with a gameplay trailer.

Witnessing a native of the planet Pandora engaging in such intense third-person shooter sessions feels a bit strange: with So'lek, the protagonist of From the Ashes, the combat in Frontiers of Pandora takes a new direction. This Na'vi warrior doesn't shy away from wielding rifles and even enormous machine guns: his action is much more dynamic than what was previously seen in the game, also because he will have to face more dangerous enemies.
